What are you using as the leaf springs?
Interesting start.
nitro engine pullstarter spring. don't worry, i have a fancy suspension lined out for this one. :D

Looking pretty sweet so far DK!! You're really working quickly on this one so i'll be keeping a close eye on this project - i'm interested to see what else you have in store for this one.:)
UPDATE:
view of the interior without the seats
http://i160.photobucket.com/albums/t162/DanielWGK2/new%20project/P3110013.jpg
underside of the interior showing how far they stick off
http://i160.photobucket.com/albums/t162/DanielWGK2/new%20project/P3110015.jpg
but its okay because the frame is there to cover it.
http://i160.photobucket.com/albums/t162/DanielWGK2/new%20project/P3110016.jpg
they also dont stick out AT ALL.
http://i160.photobucket.com/albums/t162/DanielWGK2/new%20project/P3110017.jpg
the micro-t board and hs55 servo will fit PERFECTLY.
http://i160.photobucket.com/albums/t162/DanielWGK2/new%20project/P3110018.jpg
all of the seats in. man, this interior is gonna be complete.
http://i160.photobucket.com/albums/t162/DanielWGK2/new%20project/P3110019.jpg
different view of the same scene. you may be worried about how far they stick off the sides. i used the old "gen1 li-ion body fit" thing to my advantage here. i keep the CG low and the body stays on tighter. its win win.

plausable spare tire. most likely not because my tailgate wont be there to hold it on...

hardly noticeable.
http://i160.photobucket.com/albums/t162/DanielWGK2/new%20project/P3180001.jpg
having to mount everything extremely close to the floor. I need to keep my rideheight down.
http://i160.photobucket.com/albums/t162/DanielWGK2/new%20project/P3180002.jpg
such a short wheelbase is hard to work with...oh well, it'll work.
http://i160.photobucket.com/albums/t162/DanielWGK2/new%20project/P3180003.jpg
doesnt hurt the interior all too much
