Thanks i finally got some alloy the other day so i can set about making the servo mount for it too.It is pretty thick tho(about 8mm) and i dont have a pillar drill so its carefull drilling by hand then some serious filing.

I did mockup a servo plate from thinner metal (just to check the shape etc) and i have tested the elecs too,i just need to transfer the mocked up plate shape to some decent metal as i think the alloy i have is too thick.
