Default How about some site promotion

To the Admin of this site, are you going to promote this site, it seems like a great idea with the new mini crawlers that have hit the market and all the others that have been making there own in the past. I would love to see some new posts here. Please do not let this site die. To all that read this post, please tell others about this forum so that it can grow.

I agree, maybe I will do the same, not sure if it is proper to advertise one forum on another.

please continue to post feedback. i will make sure site owners read it.

please be respectful in promoting the site on other forums. you can easily run afoul of forum rules doing this.

the simplest and most effective method i've used and seen work was something i coined years ago, a post a day. it only takes a couple people posting atleast once a day to keep a forum active and draw more in. this proved itself on other forums i moderate. it just takes commitment to the subject matter and participation.

Maybe some new mirco crawler products would spark some interest. I thought that the original intent of this site was to promote some new upcoming mini crawlers/products. Having something like that would sure give the appropriate subject matter to post about

We're working on it guys, but more than anything, we need your help. Arch's "post a day" is the best possible thing to help build momentum - with just a handful of members continually adding new and interesting content, it should be easy to build momentum. We're rolling out MRCC "buttons" across the sites, and we've got banner ads planned, but without active content for people to reply to, any traffic that we are able to push here will be wasted. Thanks in advance for your help!
